3.  Great Investment Opportunities
All indications are that next summer the market here in St. Charles County, Missouri is going to open up like crazy.  That means that the prices will start going back up.  We already see multiple contracts on some homes, with the ultimate buying paying over list price.  Builders have taken their prices down to keep the sales going, but when things open up next year, those opportunities may well be gone.
